            The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the bill on page two, section four, line five, following the word “vehicle”, by striking the period and replacing it with a colon, and inserting the following: “Provided, That a vehicle, trailer, semitrailer or pole trailer is exempt if it receives a federal inspection and approval.”
